Q. For custom printed invitations will I be able to see a sample before the order is printed to be sure everything looks okay and is correct?

A. Approval of an email proof is required for all custom printed invitation orders before they are printed. Once you place your order you will receive an email proof of each item within 24-48 hours. The first email proof is included with your custom printed order free of charge. If corrections are needed based on an error made by The Cordial Cricket, a second corrected proof will be provided at no charge. If you request changes after viewing your proof, each additional email proof is $5.00.

Q. How long does it take to receive custom printed invitations?

A. Once you approve your invitation proof, your completed order will be shipped out to you within 48 hours as long as we have the quantity that you need in stock. If we do not have the quantity that you need in stock we will contact you the next business day after your order is placed to let you know what the turnaround time will be. We are usually able to obtain any additional stock needed for larger orders within 5 business days.

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days, however, expedited shipping methods are available. Please contact us for rates and delivery timetable if you need expedited shipping.

Q. Are envelopes included with all invitations?

A. Yes. All invitations will include the correct size envelopes in either a coordinating color (if available) or white.

Q. How long does it take to receive engraved jewelry orders?

A. Orders for engraved jewelry will take 10 – 14 business days to arrive.

Q. Do you offer wedding invitations and accessories such as favors, programs, napkins, etc.?

A. Absolutely! However, these products are currently available for order only through various albums that we have in our store. We have many albums for you to browse through at your leisure with the help of our knowledgeable staff. We carry albums from the top wedding industry manufacturers such as Crane & Co., Page Stationery, Carlson Craft and Celebrations. Please feel free to contact us to set up an appointment for your wedding invitation consultation.

Q. Do you offer more products and invitations than what is displayed on your website?

A. Yes, we have more products and invitations available and we try to continually add new items to our website as we welcome them into our store inventory and based on seasonal changes. Some invitations styles are only displayed seasonally for holidays, etc. If you can’t find quite what you are looking for, feel free to contact us and we will let you know if we have other choices that may work for you.

Q. What if I am not completely satisfied with my order?

A. If you are not completely satisfied with your stylish product, or if we made an error when creating your custom item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order to receive a full refund.
