Elizabeth Howard started her online paper boutique in 2005 as a part-time venture. She later left her full-time career to open her first retail paper boutique, The Cordial Cricket. Now with two by appointment only studio locations in the Richmond, Virginia area and one in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, The Cordial Cricket specializes in all things wedding, invitations, stationery and event consulting. Elizabeth is a lover of all things classy, stylish, prim and proper. Trained by The American School of Protocol, she keeps abreast of the current trends in the wedding, stationery and event industries as well as timeless and traditional etiquette in order to provide even more value to her customer’s experience and events.
Elizabeth Howard has been featured in and/or written for publications such as Stationery Trends Magazine and Gifts & Decorative Accessories Magazine as well as numerous guest blog posts. She enjoys speaking, writing and blogging on the topics of wedding and event trends, etiquette, using social media, growing your business and marketing. When not personally assisting as many customers as she can, she enjoys motherhood, reading, blogging, social media and cheering on her alma mater, the Virginia Tech Hokies.

Jennifer Eschbach, formerly of Details Weddings & Events, is a certified wedding and event planner. She has been on the team at The Cordial Cricket since 2008. Jennifer brings tremendous event expertise and talent to her clients, specializing in everything from event consulting to help you begin planning your event, complete event/wedding planning, day of event and wedding coordination and everything in between.
Jennifer Eschbach was trained and certified by US Event Guide in 2005. She is passionate about helping brides and customers with selecting invitations and stationery for their events, planning and coordinating their events and guiding them through the world of event etiquette.
